This is such a hearty broth, so many warm spices. It was the spot I just went to because it’s open late, but upon trying other Pho spots this stayed at the top. The meat is always such high quality. And the wait staff is are very warm and accommodating.

Food is alright. For what it is, I think some other places on this strip are better. Honestly, it’s very pricey after tax and tip. The restaurant has a very cozy feel to it though, which I’m sure a lot would find appealing.

After my workout class, I decided to stop by Pho 888 for the first time. It’s a bit smaller than some other places nearby, but I was really impressed with the appetizers we ordered. The barbecue pork sandwich was amazing! However, the rice noodle soup was a bit disappointing for me. The noodles were a bit too soft and mushy, which affected the texture, and the broth didn’t have much flavor. I’d definitely return for the appetizers, but for soup
